ORDINANCE 86- 16
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.16 - CONDITIONAL USES
SUB 6B - C-3B HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.16 (6B) of the Elk River Code of Ordinance
titled, "C-3B Highway Commercial Districts" be amended to read as follows:
k. Light manufacturing
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after the date of its publication.
