87-004 ORD . ORDINANCE 87- 4 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.16 - CONDITIONAL USES The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: Section 1. That Section 900.16 of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinance titled. "Conditional Uses" be amended to read as follows: C. D. E. . F. G. A. Subsection 1- A-1 Agricultural Conservation Districts o. Daycare centers for thirteen or more children in churches of public buildings B. Subsection 2- R-1 and R-2 Residential Districts j. Daycare centers for thirteen or more children in churches or public buildings Subsection 4- R-4 Residential Districts j.
