ORDINANCE 87- 4
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.16 - CONDITIONAL USES
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.16 of the City of Elk River Code of
Ordinance titled. "Conditional Uses" be amended to read as follows:

o. Daycare centers for thirteen or more children in churches of
public buildings

j. Daycare centers for seventeen or more children
Subsection 5- C-1 and C-2 Districts

Subsection 3- R-3 Residential Districts
f. Daycare Centers for seventeen or more children
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the date of its publication.
