ORDINANCE 87 - 5
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.12 - PRINCIPAL USES BY DISTRICT
SUBSECTION 6 - R-4 GENERAL MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section
Ordinance titled, "R-4 General
amended to read a follows:
900.12 (6) of the City of Elk River Code of
Mul tiple-Family Residential District" be
c. Model Homes in compliance with Section 900.20 Subsection 13.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the date of its publication.
