ORDINANCE 87 - 6
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.12 - PRINCIPAL USES BY DISTRICT
SUBSECTION 5 - R-3 TOWNHOUSES AND MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.12 (5) of the City of Elk River Code of
Ordinance titled, "R-3 Townhouse and Multiple-Family Residential District" be
amended as follows:
d. Model Homes in compliance with Section 900.20 Subsection 13.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the date of its publication.
