Background/Discussion
Work sessions will be added to the end of regular meetings on the first and third Mondays as needed. At the first
Council meeting of each month, staff will present a list of future work session topics for Council review.
Proposed work session topics are as follows:
Energy City Demonstration Opportunities
Vacant Building Ordinance
WAC/SAC Rate Discussion
Joint Meeting with School Board (2021)
Rolling Hills HOA SSTS (10/18)
Waste Management Elk River Landfill Discussion
