ORDINANCE 87 - 7
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.20 - GENERAL REGULATIONS
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.20 of the City of Elk River Code of
Ordinance titled. "General Regulations" be amended to read as follows:
13. Model Homes. Model Homes may have maximum of thirty-two (32)
square feet of signage. lighting must be directed away from
neighboring residences and right-of-way. and they must have a
hardsurfaced parking area capable of handling four (4) cars (which
can include driveway and garage stalls). Model Homes will be
allowed to be used as models until 85% of the lots in the
subdivision in which the model is located are built upon for up to a
maximum of three years after approval of final plat unless an
extension is granted by the City Council.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the date of its publication.
