AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.12 - PRINCIPAL USES BY DISTRICT
SUBSECT ON 4B - R-2B 'lWNHOUSES AND MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Sec ion 1.
Ordinanc titled.
read as ollows:
That Section 900.12 (4B) of the City of Elk River Code of
"R-2b Townhouses and Multiple-Family Residential District"
e. Model Homes in compliance with Section 900.20 Subsection 13.
Sec ion 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the date of its publication.
