ORDINANCE 87 - 9
AND ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.12 - PRINCIPAL USES BY DISTRICT
SUBSECTION 4A."" R-2A TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.12 (4A) of the City of Elk River Code of
Ordinance titled. "R-2a Two Family Residential District" be amended to read as
follows:
d. Model Homes in compliance with Section 900.20 Subsection 13.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the date of its publication.
