ORDINANCE 87 - 10
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.12 - PRINCIPAL USES BY DISTRICT
SUBSECTION 3 ~ R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.12 (3) of the City of Elk River Code of
Ordinance titled. "R-1 Single Family Residential District" be amended to read
as follows:
f. Model Homes in compliance with Section 900.20 Subsection 13.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the date of its publication.
