ORDINANCE 87 - 11
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.12 - PRINCIPAL USES BY DISTRICT
SUBSECTION 2 ~ A-1 AGRICULTURAL CONSERVATION DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.12 (2) of the City of Elk River Code of
Ordinance titled, "A-1 Agricultural Conservation District" be amended to read
as follows:
g. Model Homes incompliance with Section 900.20 Subsection 13.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the date of its publication.
