ORDINANCE 87- 12
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.16 - CONDITIONAL USES
SUBSECTION 8 1-1 AND 1-2 INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.16 (8) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinance
titled, "1-1 and 1-2 Industrial Districts" be amended to read as follows:
h. Kennels
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after the date of its publication.
