ORDINANCE 87 - 13
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 500.06 PUBLIC NUISANCES
AFFECTING PEACE AND SAFETY
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 500.06 of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinance
titled, "Public Nuisances Affecting Peace and Safety" be amended to read as follows:
7. Sidewalks that are not kept free of snow and ice during normal business
hours in Commercial and Industrial zoned districts and within 24 hours
after a snow fall within residential zoned districts.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after the date of its publication.
