ORDINANCE 87-15
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING MAP TO
ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R1-A TO R1-B
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Seeton 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of Elk River is
hereby amended to zone the property described as:
The SW 1/4 of te SW 1/4 of Section 26. Township 33. Range
26. Sherburne County. Minnesota. except the South 209 feet
of the West 209 feet of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4
from R1-A/Single Family Residential to R1-B/Single Family Residential.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this
sixteenth day of March. 1987.
