AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.16 - CONDITIONAL USES.
SUBSECTION 6A- C3~A/HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.16(6A) of th City of Elk River Code of
Ordinance titled. "C-3A Highway Commercial District: be amended to read as
follows:
i. Used car sales
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this sixteenth day of March. 1987 by the City Council of
the City of ElK River.
