ORDINANCE 87 - 21
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1008.08 - PROCEDURE,
SUBSECTION (lC ii) FINAL PLAT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 1008.08 (IC ii) of the City of Elk River Code of
Ordinance titled, "Final Plat" be amended to read as follows:
ii. The plat must be consistant with the preliminary plat as approval by
the City Councilor it will be sent back to Planning Commission and
City Council for preliminary plat review.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after the date of its publication.
