ORDINANCE 87-23
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
SECTION 900.12, SUBSECTION 9A
TO MAKE HOME APPLIANCE STORES A PERMITTED USE
IN THE C-3A ZONING DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.12 (9A) of the Code of
Ordinances for the City of Elk River titled, "C-3A Highway
Commercial Districts" be amended by the addition of a
subsection,"p" , to read as follows:
p. Home Appliance Stores
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 15th
day of June , 1987.
