ORDINANCE 87-24
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
SECTION 988.16, SUBSECTION 6B
TO MAKE RETAIL STORES AND SHOPS A CONDITIONAL USE
IN THE C-3B ZONING DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 988.16 (6B) of the Code of
Ordinances for the City of Elk River titled, "C-3B Highway
Commercial Districts" be amended by the addition of a subsection,
"1", to read as follows:
1. Retail stores and shops
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 28th
day of July, 1987.
