ORDINANCE 87-25 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER SECTION 900.16, SUBSECTION 7 TO MAKE LUMBER SALES IN CONJUNCTION WITH PRINCIPAL USES WITH NO OUTSIDE STORAGE A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE C-4 ZONING DISTRICT The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: Section 1. That Section 900.16 (7) of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Elk River titled "C-4 Service Commercial District" be amended by the addition of a subsection "h", to read as follows: h. Lumber sales in conjunction with principal uses with no outside storage allowed. Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the date of its publication.
