ORDINANCE 87 - 27
AN ORDINANCE VACATING DESIGNATED
FUTURE STREET CORRIDORS; REPEALING THE
ORDINANCE ADOPTED DECEMBER 2, 1974
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River
designated future streets in a street map ordinance adopted
December 2, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the City Council having published notice on
June 25, 1987, held a public hearing on the 20th day of
July, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the future street
designation in said ordinance no longer serves a public
purpose.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
The Ordinance adopted December 2, 1974 designating future
street corridors in sections 33 and 34 of Township 33,
Range 26, in the City of Elk River is repealed.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk
River this 24 day of August , 1987.
