ORDINANCE 87-29
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
ZONING MAP TO ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM R-3/MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
TO C-2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL
The City Council of the City of Elk River ordains as
follows:
Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of Elk
River is hereby amended to zone the property described as:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 15, Village of Elk River
from R-3/Multi-family Residential to C-2/General Commercial.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 31st day
of August , 1987.
