ORDINANCE 87-31
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 502.02
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF CITATIONS
BY THE ANIMAL WARDEN
The City Council of the City of Elk River ordains as
follows:
Section 1. Code of Ordinances Section 502.02 shall be
amended by the addition of the following sentence:
The animal warden may issue citations for violations of
this ordinance.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective from after
its publication according to law.
Done at a regular meeting of the Elk River City Council this
21st day of ~eptember, 1987.
