ORDINANCE 87-32
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
ADDING A NEW SECTION 408 REGULATING THE
HOURS OF OPERATION AT THE CITY PARK
The City Council of the City of Elk River ordains as
follows:
Section 1. That the Code of Ordinance of the City of Elk
River shall be amended by the addition of a new Section 408
which shall be as follows:
Section 408 - City Parks.
408.00 - Hours of Operation. No person shall enter or
remain upon the grounds of any public park within the City
after 10:30 p.m. or before 6:00 a.m.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be full force and effect
from and after publication according to law.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this ~tday
of September , 1987.
