Field Services Facility Expansion ProjectUpdate

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Construction continues on the Field Services Facility. Molin Concrete Products mobilized their
equipment September 13 and has made great progress setting wall panels; the final panels are
scheduled to be set a week ahead of schedule on October 8. Molinwill now concentrate on
detail work, sealant, and repairing any imperfections.
Structural steel will be arriving the week of October 11, with roof joists and decking arriving the
week of October 18. During the same timeframe the earthwork contractor will be back to
finalize site grading, the plumber will be on site for sanitary install within the building footprint,
and RJM Construction will be working to get the first course of asphalt down before winter.
Roof insulation is still looking to be an unknown, and the roofing contractor is working to come
up with possible solutions.
The site utilities contractor has made good progress installing the drain tile around the
foundation and has installed a majority of the storm sewer system. RJM is working with them to
finalize a plan for the structure in the contaminated soils.

the allowances and contingency budgets.
