1. Call, by motion, a closed meeting to discuss pending litigation strategy related to the city’s wastewater
treatment plan improvement project.
2. Call, by motion, a closed meeting to discuss labor negotiations for the LELS 271 to immediately follow the
closed meeting discussing attorney-client privilege at Elk River City Hall.
Background/Discussion
Per State law, closed meetings involving labor negotiations are required to be approved ahead of time at an open
meeting. Majority vote is required, and the time and place must be announced at the meeting.
