Elk River Public Library Board
The Library Board serves in an advisory capacity to City of Elk River for issues related to the Elk River Public Library Smunds, the physical building
and interior fixtures. The city is responsible far scheduling and coordinating all hark to be completed

Entrance; butterfly garden; windmill, prairie grass; rain garden

CIP ITEMS IN PROCESS
PRIORITY CIP ITEMS
1. Ten mesh back computer chairs. Five for the public and five for staff area.
2. Replace or re -upholster the chairs by the fireplace.
3. Replace the rug in the fiction area.
4. Move one of the upholstered chairs in the children's area into the board book area and consider purchasing
another or reupholstering.
5. Cork floor in teen area may eventually need to be replaced but not a hazard now. Will be a building
maintenance issue for the Public Work s Director in the future.
6. Shelving to be replaced if needed if it can't be braced
