I, Larry Toth, the Housing & Redevelopment Authority Chair hereby request a closed
meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on Monday, November 1, 2021, at
5:45 p.m. for the following:
"The HRA will be holding a closed meeting per MN Statute §13D.05., Subd. 3(c)(1)
to determine the asking price for real or personal property to be sold by the
government entity." The properties being discussed are:
• PID#75-405-0225, also known as 724 Main St. NW, Elk River
Main & Gates properties, an HRA -owned site
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the special meeting, in writing, at
least one da before meeting.
