SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
I, Henry A. Duitsman, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the Elk
River City Council on Thursday, May 30, 1996, at 10:30 a.m., to be held at
the Elk River City Hall - 13065 Orono Parkway.
The purpose of the special meeting is to meet jointly with MnDOT officials to
discuss items pertaining to the City of Elk River. This meeting will include a
bus tour and a luncheon at Russell's on the Lake.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city
clerk to notify each member of the City Council of this special meeting, in
writing, at least one day before the meeting.
