SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
I, Henry Duitsman, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the City
Council on Tuesday, March 18, 1997, at 5:30 p.m., to be held at the Elk River
Country Club.
The Council will meet for the purpose of delivering the "State of the City
Address" at the annual "State of the City" Chamber of Commerce function.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city
clerk to notify each member of the City Council of this special meeting, in
writing, at least one day before the meeting.
