Field Services Facility Expansion ProjectUpdate

BACKGROUND:
Construction continues on the Field Services Facility.
DISCUSSION:
Steel installation has been going very well andthe majority of the joists and decking have been
installed. There are now a couple weeks of detailing to be completed. There has been a lot of
earthwork and grading happening to prepare for laying the first course of asphalt during the
week of November 8. The concrete contractors have installed the retaining walls for stairway
entries, stoop foundations, and block wall for overhead doors.
Work over the next month will include curb installation and paving through the middle of the
site, followed by outdoor electrical installation. Inside the building, the plumbing contractor will
be working on underground piping installation to prepare for the floor pour, while the steel
contractor finishes up detailing and the precast panel wall contractor finishes up caulking and
detailing. The roofing contractor is optimistic that they have an option for insulation. We are
working through those details with Kodet Architectural Group, LTD and RJM Construction.
