BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The Financial Reserves & Investment Committee (FR&IC) will be meeting prior to the November
9 commission meeting to review electric and water reserve balances, investment balancesand
instruments, and the auditor’s recommendation regardingcash liquidity and investments. The
FR&IC will provide a verbal update at the time of the commission meeting.
