DISCUSSION:
Installed 15 new residential services, which involves the connection of a secondary line
once the customer requests service.
The work around Highway 169 and Main Street is mostly complete. We removed the
overhead line acrossthe highwayin the early morning hours of October 26. The new
underground line is energized and there areonly a few spans of overhead line east of
Highway 169 left to tear down.
Installed a three phase transformer and service for a business on Quaday Avenue in
Otsego
Energized the Otsego electric vehicle charger located in the Rockwoods parking on
October 29.
Relocated two three phase transformers on Aggregate Industries’ property.
The bore crew installed 500 MCM underground wire near Parker Elementary, extending
it to Highway 169, north of the Holiday gas station on School Street. This will allow for
the removal of the overhead lines on the south side of the Holiday.
Energized the three services that feed the new trail lights along Highway 10.

The bore crew installed a new run of underground primary line on Lander Street, west
of the Elk River Golf Club. The wire is set to be completely replaced in 2022.

Had two residential services fail on Sunrise Circle in Elk River. These customers currently
have temporary services, but thebore crew will be replacing the wire soon.
A contractor struck an underground primary wire while digging a basement for a house
in the Wildflower Meadows development in Otsego. This affected19 customers. The
wire was repaired with splices.
A contractor struckunderground primary at Tyler Streetand CountyRoad13. This
affected one customer and was repaired with splices.
A crane tore down the service wires going to Well #3. Three overhead transformers on
the pole had to be replaced.
Crews terminated the underground infrastructure at the Reserve at Woodland Hills
development. This was an extension of the cul-de-sac and will yield seven new house
pads.
