The Board of Adjustments, on December 17, 2019, approved a 20' i
setback variance (V 19-12) from the Ordinary High -Water Mark for j
Lake Orono.
Section 30-635 states: A variance shall become void within two years _
following issuance unless substantial action has been taken by the " f CR33 .—!

petitioner in reliance thereon. The approved variance is set to become
void on December 17, 2021.
The applicant is asking for a one-year extension (December 17, 2022) RR
to facilitate construction in 2022.
