Action Requested
Accept, by motion, the public improvements constructed with the plat of Riverplace Second Addition
Background/Discussion
The developer has completed the public improvements described in the development agreement for Riverplace
Second Addition. Public improvements include streets, sidewalks, and utilities. The improvements have been
inspected by city staff, and it has been determined they meet the standards described in city codes and policies.
Council acceptance of the public improvements begins the two-year warranty period described in the development
agreement. Staff recommends formal acceptance as of October 29, 2021. The warranty period will expire on
October 29, 2023.
