82-001 ORD .l ORDINANCE 82-1 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS WITHIN THE CITY OF ELK RIVER The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: Section 1. That section 900.10 of the City of Elk River Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding the following zoning district: C-4 Service-Commercial District Section 2. That section 900.12 of the City of Elk River Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding as subsection 10 the following principal uses for a C-4 Service Commercial District: 10. C-4 Service Commercial District a. Multiple-family dwellings b. Professional offices c. Business offices and public buildings d. Financial institutions e. Parking lots and ramps f. Restaurants g. Personal service establishments h. Retail stores and shops i. Indoor amusements and recreation centers j. convenience stores Section 3. That section 900.14, subsection 5 of the City of Elk River Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding C-4 Service-Commercial District. Section 4. That section 900.16 of the City of Elk River Zoning Or- dinance is amended by adding as subsection 7 the following C-4 Service Commercial District conditional uses: 7. C-4 Service Commercial District a. Conditional uses permitted in the R-4 District b. Principal uses permitted in the R-3 and R-4 Districts c. Lodge and fraternal organizations d. Automobile service stations for sale of fuel and minor accessories e. Car washes f. Single-family and two-family residences g. Taverns and liquor stores Section 5.
