82-005 ORD . . . ORDINANCE 82-5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 200 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: Section 1. That Section 200.00, subsection 1. - Regular meetings, of the City Code be amended to read as follows: Regular meetings of the Council shall be held on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Mondays of each calendar month at 7:30 p.m. Any regular meeting falling upon a holiday shall be held on the next following business day at the same time and place.
