Amending City of Elk River rdinance No. 82-10 s 900.08 and 900.20 of the Elk River Code of Ordinances to define ITmanufactured homes IT and to provide certain regulations relating' to buildings designed or used for dwelling purposes. The City Council of he City of Elk River ordains: Section 1. Section 900.08 (14) of the Elk River Code of Ordinances be amende to read as follows: 14. Dwellin i. A building which is designed or used exclusively for human habitation either permanently or transiently. Section 2. Tha~ Section 900.08 (18) of the Elk River Code of Ordinances be amendep to read as follows: 18. Dwellin unit. One room, or rooms located in a dwelling which are conne~ted together constituting a separate, inde- pendent unit fo~ owner occupancy, rental or lease, physically separated from !any other room or dwelling unit which may be in the same st ~cture, and containing independent cooking, sleeping and s nitary facilities, but not including hotels, motels, boardi 9 or rooming houses, tourist homes, mobile homes, travel railers or tents.
