MnDOT Tour and Meetin~
I, Henry A. Duitsman, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the City
Council on July 2, 1997, at approximately 9:00 a.m. to be held at the Elk
River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
This special meeting has been called to meet with MnDOT officials to discuss
issues concerning the City of Elk River. The meeting will begin at City Hall
for introductions. City Council, Staff representatives and MnDOT
representatives will tour the City by bus and convene for luncheon prior to
adjourning. This is an informal meeting of the City Council.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city
clerk to notify each member of the City Council of this special meeting, in
writing, at least one day before the meeting.
