the 2022 Master Fee Schedule of the City of Elk River, Minnesota,
City Code
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Policy and Purpose: By the enactment of this Ordinance, the City Council intends to
establish fees and charges required by the City Code for the year 2022 and to comply with
Minnesota Statutes, 462.353, sub. 4.
Fees and Charges: The fees for the city for the year 2022 are as set forth in the attached
master fee schedule with exhibits.
Application: Where a direct conflict exists between the amount of a fee set by any provision
of the City Code and a fee by this Ordinance, the fee set by this Ordinance applies.
This ordinance shall become effective January 1, 2022.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF
ELK RIVER APPROVING NOTICE
OF SUMMARY PUBLICATION
OF ORDINANCE #21-12
ADOPTING THE 2022
MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, on December 6,
2021, the Elk River City Council ad-
opted Ordinance 21-12 approving
the 2022 Master Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, the enactment of
this ordinance establishes fees and
charges required by the Elk River
City Code and to comply with Min-
nesota Statute §462.353(4); and
WHEREAS, the 2022 Master
Fee Schedule lists fees for Admin-
istration, Financial, Environmental,
Planning, Development, Building,
Parks and Recreation, Fire, Police,
and Elk River Municipal Utility ser-
vices along with code enforcement
violations; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the full
text of the ordinance is available
for inspection by any person at the
office of the Elk River City Clerk,
13065 Orono Parkway, during reg-
ular business hours — 8:00 a.m. to
4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Elk River, Minnesota, as
follows: by at least four -fifths vote,
authorizes the publication of the
title and summary of Ordinance 21-
12 and that Ordinance 21-12 shall
become effective January 1, 2022.
The motion for adoption of the
foregoing resolution was duly sec-
onded by Councilmember Wagner,
and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor there-
of: Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers
Christianson, Westgaard. Beyer.
and Wagne and the following
against: none, whereupon said res-
olution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
The following members were
