River � An Ordinance Amending Chapter, 74-99, Parking in Municipal
Parking Lots of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, City Code
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That § 74-99, Parking in municipal parking lots, of the City of Elk River Code of
Ordinances shall be amended as follows:
(a) The municipal parking lots along the Burlington Northern Railroad are designated for either
commuter or public parking. . Where posted, time
limits are enforced.

(c) After 6:00 p.m. and until 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, and all day on weekends, the King
Avenue parking lot is open to any and all parking. (With the exception of 74-102, "Snow
Removal')
(d) The north section of the King Avenue lot shall have twenty -sic (26) posted spots designated
"Designated Snow Removal Parking Only, Nov. 15-April 15, 6:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m." These

(e) Violations of this section are punishable as provided in section 74-91.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
