BY PROVIDING THAT CERTAIN LOTS OF RECORD
SHALL NOT BE REGULATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 78-2

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Elk River will
meet at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, the 7th day of August, 1978, in Elk River City
Hall at 505 UPA Drive, Elk River, Minnesota, to consider written or oral
comments pertaining to the adoption of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 78-2 BY PROVIDING THAT CERTAIN LOTS OF RECORD SHALL NOT BE REGULATED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 78-2.
The proposed ordinance is on file for public inspection in the office of
the Acting City Clerk. The proposed ordinance is also being duly
published below for public review in conjunction wi'th this notice.

BY PROVIDING THAT CERTAIN LOTS OF RECORD

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER OF SHERBURNE COUNTY, MINNESOTA,
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Article II of Ordinance No. 78-2 is hereby amended by adding a new Section 2.04
as follows:
