78-003 ORD ORDINANCE NO. 78-3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 78-2 BY PROVIDING THAT CERTAIN LOTS OF RECORD SHALL NOT BE REGULATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 78-2 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER OF SHERBURNE COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Article II of Ordinance No. 78-2 is hereby amended by adding a new Section 2.04 as follows: SECTION 2.04 LOTS OF RECORD 2.04 Lots of Record. All lots which are a part of a subdivision recorded with the Sherburne County Recorder prior to June 19, 1978, and all lots described by metes and bounds, the deeds to which have been recorded with the Sherburne County Recorder prior to June 19, 1978, shall not be subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 78-2.
