Action Requested
Designate, by motion, the use of the City of Elk River website, ElkRiverMN.gov, as the location where
transportation project bids will be advertised.
Background/Discussion
The City of Elk River, in addition to providing advertisement in commonly circulated trade magazine publications,
advertises transportation project bids on its website.
Minnesota Statute §3331A.12 details the need to annually make this designation.
