RESIDENTIALELECTRICSERVICERATE Available:WithinElkRiverMunicipalUtilities(ERMU)establishedserviceterritory. Applicable:Tosinglefamilyresidencesandindividuallymeteredapartmentsforalldomesticpurposes whenallserviceissuppliedthroughasinglemeter,providedratingsofindividualsinglephasemotors donotexceedfive(5)horsepower. CharacterofService:AC,60cycles,120/240volt,threewire,singlephase. SpecialConditions:Residentialservicetoamultipledwellingorapartmenthousethroughasinglemeter isallowedforexistingservicesonly.Serviceunderthisratescheduleshallnotbesubmeteredand resoldtotheindividualtenantsonthebasisofusageandthecostofelectricservicetothetenantmust befurnishedwithoutspecificchargeorpricewhichvarieswiththequantityofenergyused.
