TRANSMISSIONTRANSFORMEDSERVICERATE Available:WithinElkRiverMunicipalUtilities(ERMU)establishedserviceterritory. Applicable:AvailablefornewnonresidentialCustomeraccountswithprojecteddemandgreaterthanor equalto10MW.TheCustomermustmaintainanannualloadfactorgreaterthanorequalto75%.A Customeraccountwithamonthlybillingdemandoflessthan10MWfor12consecutivemonthsoran annualloadfactorlessthan75%maybeswitchedtoanotherelectricrateschedule(additionalcharges mayapplytorecoverstrandedcosts).TheCustomerownedequipmentmustbeincompliancewithall policies,procedures,safetyrequirements,andapplicableelectricalcodes. CharacterofService:3PhaseTransmissionTransformed7,200/12,470volt,AC,60cycles. SpecialConditions:TheCustomermustexecuteacontractwiththeutilitythatcommitstoaminimum termofservice,identifiestheannualpeakdemandandloadfactor,agreestotherequirementsfor registeringgenerationwithMidcontinentIndependentSystemOperator(MISO)ifapplicable,and acceptsthecertainrisksthatincludefluctuatingmarketbasedratesandpricesestablishedbyMISO. TheCustomermustconnectdirectlytothe ƷźƌźƷǤƭdistributionsubstation(s)andprovidethelocation suitablefortheinstallationoftheutilityownedtransformer(s)andmeteringequipmentonthe /ǒƭƷƚƒĻƩƭproperty.Customerwillberesponsibleforprovidingsuitablewireandconnectioninthe utilityownedmeteringequipment.Themeteringequipmentshallbeinstalledtoserviceoneclassof business.Ifadditionalbuildingsarerequiredforagivenbusiness,theyshallbeinterconnectedbythe ment.If customertomaintainonemeteredaccount,unlessanexceptionisapprovedbymanage additionalmetersandservicesarerequestedbythecustomer,eachshallbetreatedasaseparate customerandbilledindividually. AllapplicableMISOAncillaryServicesCharges. C. MISOMultiValueProjectCharges. D. Achargeof$0.002perkWhforthecostofcompliancewiththeStateofaźƓƓĻƭƚƷğƭRenewable EnergyStandard. E. Achargeof$0.01perkWhtocoveralldispatch,billing,andadministrativecosts.Thischarge shallbeinclusiveofallregulatorychargescollectedbyUtilityonallcustomers. Cityfees,suchasfranchiseandstormwater,willapply. Federal,state,andlocaltaxesmayapply. FailuretoGenerate:IfCustomerhasregisteredgenerationthatdoesnotperformasregisteredwhen requestedbyutility,ǒƷźƌźƷǤƭwholesalesupplier,orMISO,Customershallberesponsiblefor: A.
