Thecustomershallagreeto: 1. ContactERMUstafftodiscussprogramparticipation. 2. SignacontractualagreementforonecalendaryearpriortoDecember1forparticipationinthe upcomingyear. 3. Continuetoparticipateintheprogramannuallyuntilcustomerprovideswrittennoticeof cancelationtoERMU. 4. ProvidewrittennoticeofcancelationintheprogramtoERMUpriortoDecember1ofagiven yearfortheupcomingyear. TheincrementalchargeappliestoallkWhpurchasesinexcessoftheWholesaleRenewable EnergyStandard. 4. TheincrementalchargewillbecalculatedbasedonactualkWhconsumedinthebillingperiod. 5.
