COMMERCIALALLELECTRICWITHGROUNDSOURCEHEATPUMPSERVICERATE Available:WithinElkRiverMunicipalUtilities(ERMU)establishedserviceterritory. Applicable:Tocommercialcustomershavingasinglemeterthatincludesagroundsourceheatpump (GSHP)inexcessof50kWbutnomorethan150kWinaggregatednameplatecapacityoftheGSHP equipment(condensersandpumps). CharacterofService:AC,60cycles,120/240volts,threewire,andthreephase. SpecialConditions:ThisProgramisavailabletocommercialcustomers.AGSHPwillbetheonlycentral heatingand/orcoolingsystemforthecommercialworkspaces.Commercialstructuresthatare classifiedasUtilityandMiscellaneousGroupUbytheInternationalCodeCouncilarenoteligibleforthis rate.GSHPsthatqualifyforthisprogramwillnotbeinterrupted.AGSHPpairedwithanotherheating sourcesuchasnaturalgas,fueloil,orpropanemayqualifyfortheDualFuelProgram. Toqualifyforthespecialrate,thecustomershallprovide: 1. TheGSHPistheonlyheatsource.OnlyclosedloopGSHPsareeligibleforthisratebeginning September1,2016. 2. ERMUandthecustomerwillagreeonameterlocationpriortothemetersocketinstallation. 3. Commercialcustomersmayhaveaseparatemetertodeterminetheenergyanddemandofthe ctricusageforthenonheating/coolingenergyuseofthebuildingmaybemeteredand GSHP.Ele pricedusingtheappropriaterate(demand,ornondemand)schedule. 4. Accommodationsforameterandassociatedwiringinstalledaccordingtotheapplicable electricalcodesandwillbeinstalledbyaqualifiedelectrician. 5. InspectionbyaStatecertifiedinspectorandrepresentativeofERMU. 6. CustomersonthisratewillnotbeeligiblefortheDualFuelProgram. Meterequipmentmustbeaccessibletoourservicedepartmentatanytime. GroundSourceHeatPumpServiceRate: BasicMonthlyElectricCharge:$30.2535.00permonth EnergyCharge:$0.09360954/kWh RatesaresubjecttoapplicationofPowerCostAdjustment(PCA).
