ELECTRICVEHICLECHARGINGRATES ResidentialandCommercialElectricVehicleChargingRate Available:WithinElkRiverMunicipalUtilities(ERMU)establishedserviceterritory. Applicable:Tosinglefamilyresidences,nondemandanddemandcustomersreceivingserviceunder anotherrate. ElectricVehicleChargingRate:ThisProgramisavailabletoallcustomersofERMUthatownan electricallypoweredvehicleusedforonroadtransportation.Chargingofthevehiclecanoccuranytime butwillbesubjecttoonpeakandoffpeakenergychargesperhourdaily.OnpeakhoursareMonday throughFridaybetween10AMand10PM.OffpeakhoursareMondaythroughFridaybetween10PM and10AM,Saturdays,Sundays,andthefollowingholidays(NewĻğƩƭDay,MemorialDay, IndependenceDay,LaborDay,ThanksgivingDay,andChristmasDay). Toqualifyforthespecialrate,thecustomershallprovide: 1. Electricvehiclechargingstationthatisusedforthesolepurposeofchargingelectricvehicles. Thischargingstationmustbe240volt. 2. Customerisresponsibleforinstallationoftheadditionalmetersocketinamutuallyagreedupon location. 3. InspectionbyaStateCertifiedelectricalinspectorofallmeteringequipmentandprovidean affidavittoERMUwhencompleted. ERMUshallprovide: 1. Allonpeakelectricenergyconsumedbytheelectricvehiclechargingequipmentwillbeatthe summerrateof$0.13081334/kWhforthefivemonthlybillingperiodsofJuneΑOctober,and thewinterrateof$0.11951218/kWhforthesevenmonthlybillingperiodsofNovemberΑMay. 2. Alloffpeakelectricenergyconsumedbyelectricvehiclechargingequipmentwillbeattherate of$0.06200632/kWh. 3. Thisequipmentwillbeavailableforchargingatapplicablerates24hoursperdayandisnot subjecttoanyloadcontrolstrategies. 4. Allelectricenergyprovidedtoanaccountthatparticipatesinthisratewillbeautomatically enrolledintheCleanEnergyChoiceProgramatthe100percentparticipationlevelatno additionalmonthlycharge. 5. Allelectricenergyprovidedfortheelectricvehiclechargingequipmentwillbe100percent renewable. 6. Electricmeter. 7. Finalinspectionpriortometeractivationtoensureonlyqualifiedloadsarebeingsupplied throughtheelectricvehiclechargingequipment. PublicElectricVehicleChargingRate:Thisrateisavailabletoanyonecharginganelectricvehicleor pluginelectricvehicleatapublicelectricvehiclechargingstationownedandoperatedbyERMUwithin theERMUserviceterritory.AllpersonsmusthaveanactiveChargePointaccountorhavethecapability tocreateaChargePointaccountpriortoutilizingthechargingequipmentforanelectricvehicleorplug inhybridelectricvehicle. Tochargeatthepublicchargingstationscustomersshall: 1. UtilizetheirexistingChargePointaccountorcreateanewaccountusingacreditordebitcard priortochargingtheelectricvehicleorpluginhybrid. ERMUshallprovide: 1. AccesstopublicelectricvehiclechargingstationslocatedintheERMUserviceterritory. 2. Thechargerswillbeeitherleveltwo(240volt)orDCFastCharging(480volt)charging equipment. 3. Electricenergyconsumedattheleveltwochargingstationswillbeatarateof$0.1500perkWh atalltimes. hat 4. ElectricenergyconsumedattheDCFastChargingstationwillbeatarateof$0.2000perkW alltimes. 5.
