WATERSERVICERATES Available:Toallcustomerswhohavemunicipalwaterserviceavailableattheirproperty,lyingwithin thecorporatelimitsoftheCityofElkRiver. SpecialConditions:Eachcustomerservedbyonemeter.Multiplelivingentities,suchasapartments, maybeservedbyacombinedmeteruponapprovaloftheElkRiverMunicipalUtilities(ERMU)and acceptanceofapplicablecharges.
