Field Services Facility Expansion Project Update
ACTION REQUESTED:

DISCUSSION:
Planning meetings between RJM Construction and contractors for the windows and roofing are
complete and the installation for both is expected to begin during the week of January 10.
Material deliveries for the roofer, cold weather, and the holidays have slowed down progress
over the last couple weeks, but warmer weather is expected. The gas service has been installed
and temporary heaters are in place with temporary coverings over the windows.
The roofing installation occurring over the next month will have a large impact on progress. As
that installation is moving forward, the plumbers and electricians are continuing to install as
much as they can. Once the roof installation is complete everything inside the building should
move quickly.
