DISCUSSION:
Staff has been attending meetings with Sherburne County to plan for theCounty Road
44 project.
I will be helping to conduct interviews for the journeyman lineworker and customer
service managerpositions during the week of January 3.
Working with the City of Otsego and a developer on how to bring power to a
development that is in ERMU’s service area but quite some distance from any existing
power source.
Creating plans and ordering materials and equipment for projects that we know will be
occurring in the next year.

Staff will be working on tearing down the overhead lines along Highway 169 at 197
Avenue, SchoolStreet, and MainStreet.
Three streetlight poleshad to be replaced afterthey were struck by vehiclesduring the
snow events we hadin the past month.
Carr’s Tree Service began tree trimming for us on Monday, January 3. They will be
working along County Road 35, County Road 1, and Highway 169 among other locations
throughout the season.
This month we will start working on phase two of the County Road 35 rebuild.
ERMU received the new 2022 digger derrick truck, which will replace our 2001 digger
truck.
